Nutrition

Good nutrition is the foundation of good health. Without healthy food fueling your body, your immune system suffers, you don’t sleep well, you lose energy, will have difficulty concentrating.

Building to good nutrition is a journey. Some of us already have a solid foundation that just needs some tweaking. Others of us a sugar addiction, eating disorders or just a lifetime of bad habits.

Wherever you are in your food journey, I will be guiding you on proper nutrition, how to eat on the go, and healthy recipes that you’ll enjoy and you can share with the family. Because who wants to make dinner for yourself and then another one for the kids?

Movement

Almost as important as good nutrition is movement.

You have got to get moving and get your heart pumping for optimal health. You’ll, start seeing benefits almost immediately, improve your immune response, sleep better, and boost your metabolism!

But in addition to cardiovascular exercise, you need to stay flexible and and build muscle strength, to help fight aches and pains.

Honestly, you can’t loose with increasing your movement!

But I also know finding time for exercise can be next to impossible. But I’m here to help!

I’ll help you develop an exercise routine based around your current fitness level, your age, and time constraints.

Then we’ll look at ways to get you moving! Motivation, time and lifestyle all play huge parts in your exercise program.

The goal isn’t immediate results but developing and implementing habits for life long fitness!

 

Supplements

Face it, as hard as we try, we don’t always get the nutrition we need. Our food is overly processed, the soil is grows in is nutrient depleted, an our sometimes you just don’t have the time or energy to fix a healthy meal.

I’ve been there and I get it!

BUT, taking high quality supplements can make a huge difference. Unfortunately, they can be hard to come by.

I recommend doTERRA nutritional products and supplements to keep your body functioning well and filling in nutritional gaps. I’ve used them for years and think their quality is quite impressive!

I also love using doTERRA oils to help maintain mood, focus and physical homeostasis. I’ve used essential oils for 10 years and have found no other brand to match doTERRA’s quality and purity.

Mindset Reset

You need to take the time every day for yourself mentally. This can take lots of forms.

  • Meditation to set a daily intention and clear the mind

  • Journalling thoughts and feelings

  • Reading positive and inspirational material

  • Time in nature to soothe your soul and connect you to the world

Whatever you use to refocus and clarify your mental energy, it will help put you in a state of gratitude and peace so you can move ahead with your life!
